This policy covers the Lite Wearable version of where is my car, developed by elfuertech for the Huawei GT 7 Pro. The app helps you remember where you parked and find the approximate direction back to your car.
1. Developer and contact
The app is developed by elfuertech. For privacy questions or requests, contact ozgur@elfuertech.com.
2. Information used and why
If you grant location permission, the app uses your watch's location to save your parking spot and show an approximate direction and distance when you return. A saved parking record may include latitude and longitude, location accuracy, the time saved, and parking details you choose (floor, zone, space number, and color). If you set a parking timer, its end time and alert state are also saved. This information is used only to provide the app's features.
3. Location permission and your choices
The watch operating system requests location permission. You can withdraw it in the watch settings. Without it, GPS parking and return directions will not work, but you can still save parking details such as floor, zone, and space number. The app does not continuously track your location in the background after it closes.
4. Storage and sharing
The parking record stays in the app's local storage on your watch. The app does not send it to elfuertech, a server, cloud storage, or advertising or analytics services. This Lite Wearable version does not include an online map or route service. No account is required. Your watch's operating system and location infrastructure may be subject to their own privacy terms, separately from this app.
5. Retention and deletion
The parking record remains on your watch until you delete it, replace it with a new record, or uninstall the app. Use the app's “Delete parking” option to remove the record. elfuertech does not hold a copy of this data and therefore cannot delete it from a server on your behalf.
6. Your choices and policy changes
You can view and delete the parking record on your watch and revoke location permission. For a privacy request, email ozgur@elfuertech.com. If the app's data practices change, this page and its effective date will be updated.
